Goals shall be formulated and a plan for achieving these goals established.  My orientation is eclectic, drawing from evidence based practices such as Brief, Cognitive-Behavioral, Ericksonian, Existential, Psychoanalytic, Rational-Emotive, Reality, and Rapid Resolution Therapy.
